I’ve taken a model from TFM Style’s Everydays Assets Pack and incorporated it into an interior tunnel between The Millenium Gallery and The Winter Gardens.

The tunnel provides a gap for the footpath
Here, I’d applied a Boolean modifier, and made the whole of the opposite
building disappear!
