Sheffield map: ALS4 reboot

I decided to start again with the Sheffield game, using ALS4 (Advanced Locomotive System), using the framework from Mr Whiz (links below) and use it in my Sheffield map.

I originally started by following the tutorials, but decided to subscribe to the Patreon just for the savefiles; so I could focus on world-building.
